Evaluation
We start with a comprehensive analysis of business needs and objectives, and assess the existing IT environment and application dependencies to decide which applications and data should move to the cloud. At this stage we answer what to move and when. The output is a cloud strategy and a business case for the move.
Design
The engineering team defines the workloads to migrate and designs the cloud environment and network topology. This step is critical: a proper design delivers the performance and scalability you need and keeps cloud costs at an economically efficient level.
Migration
Technical experts lay the foundation of the cloud environment and subscriptions using best practices for security, connectivity, policies and governance, then migrate applications and workloads with zero data loss and near-zero downtime.
Management and optimisation
This is where you gain the full benefits of the move. By agreement, we handle ongoing governance, policy management, capacity and resource planning, and cost optimisation.
