With the group since 2005, when he joined Telelink as a VoIP engineer after starting as a software developer. Led System Integration from 2012 and grew it into the 2017 spin-off; CEO since July 2019. Chief Financial Officer
Twenty years in the group's finance: chief accountant at Telelink from 2005, finance lead of Telelink Business Services from 2019, heading its finance since February 2020. Master's in Business Administration (Sofia University).
Chief Technology Officer
An engineer with the group since 2005: system engineer, managed services, integration, pre-sales and innovation; leading technology from 2018, CTO since April 2023, on the management board since July 2019. Master's in ICT Security (Sofia University).
Chief Legal Officer
The group's lawyer since October 2014, with legal support across the company and its affiliates; before, legal advisor at Ecopharm. Master of Law (Sofia University), Cambridge diploma in English and EU law.
Lead, East Europe Region
Runs multi-country operations across South-East Europe since 2020, with M&A sourcing, due diligence and integration; before, he led channels and partnerships, and spent 12 years leading a business unit at Dalko Motors. Master's in International Business Relations (UNWE).
Lead, West Europe Region
Leads the Western markets since March 2024. Before: VMware (Middle Europe), Dell Technologies, Softline, and eight years at Microsoft, from developer evangelist to services sales for CEE. Started as a software developer and architect. Master's in Computer Science (Technical University of Sofia).
Country Manager, Croatia
Has led Sedam IT, now the group's Croatian business, since 2014; with the company since 2005, from junior system engineer to key account manager. Master of Computer Engineering, Telecommunications (University of Zagreb), Executive MBA (COTRUGLI Business School).
Country Manager, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia
Leads the North Macedonia business since 2019, after six years leading Telelink's technical team there; also leads Serbia (since December 2023) and Slovenia (since May 2024). BSc in Electrical and Communications Engineering (Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje).
Country Manager, United Kingdom
Country Manager for the United Kingdom since July 2026; CFO of Ideal, now Enlayer UK, from 2023. Before: head of finance at Stark, eleven years at Hoegh Capital Partners, and Dresdner Kleinwort. Chartered management accountant (ACMA); BSc in Politics (University of Bristol).

Joined the group in June 2023 as a senior solutions architect; leading solution architecture from April 2025; now Practice Manager, IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity. Earlier he was CTO of Mnemonica for ten years, a business development manager at BULPROS and director of cybersecurity products at DIGITALL. Bachelor's in Electronics (Technical University of Sofia).
Practice Lead, AI & Software Engineering
Joined the group in May 2024 to build its centre of excellence for data, AI and automation; Practice Lead, AI & Software Engineering since May 2026. Before that, nineteen years at IBM: territory and key-account sales, technology partner manager, then sales leader for IBM Automation in Bulgaria. Master's degree (Technical University of Sofia).
Service Lead, AI & Software Engineering
Chief Information Security Officer
Joined Telelink in 2015 as a solution manager. He then led product development and the group's software, cloud, modern workplace and digital transformation teams. Led public cloud and productivity from 2023, CISO since January 2025, Service Lead, AI & Software Engineering since May 2026. Earlier at Hewlett-Packard. Holds CISSP and AIGP.
Practice Lead, Advanced OT Solutions
More than 25 years in IT, in technical and management roles. Joined Telelink in 2011 to handle key public-sector clients. He then served as commercial director at Telelink Infra Services, a sister company, and as senior business development manager in the group, and later led the group's IoT business line for public and corporate clients. Practice Lead, Advanced OT Solutions since May 2026.

SWAT Commander
At Telelink from 2011 to 2015 as system architect and service delivery manager in system integration. Then at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and at Information Services, where he led the communication systems department. Back with the group since April 2023 leading operations; Service Lead, Advanced OT Solutions since May 2026.
Practice Lead and Service Lead, Governance, Risk & Compliance
With the group since March 2018: senior risk management consultant, business process management team leader from 2019, leading governance, risk and compliance from May 2023, its Practice and Service Lead since May 2026. Earlier at VIVACOM and Sofica Group; co-editor of ISO 37500, the outsourcing standard. Master's in Electronics Production Technology (Technical University of Sofia).
Technology Lead, Compute, Storage & Backup
Joined Telelink in September 2016 as a system architect. Senior technology expert and team lead from 2019, leading private cloud from March 2022, service lead and technology lead for compute, storage and backup since May 2026. Earlier eight years at S&T Bulgaria and a partner at SSI Tech. Master's in Telecommunications Engineering (Technical University of Sofia).
Technology Lead, Cybersecurity
Joined Telelink in 2015 as a system architect, designing and implementing enterprise solutions. He later led information security, over the security operations centre and cybersecurity teams; Technology Lead, Cybersecurity. Before that he ran IT infrastructure for a utility company through several renovation projects. More than 15 years in ICT.
Technology Lead, Cloud & Platforms
With the group since 2011: technical support at Telelink, an analysis and design expert from 2015, then manager of the computing solution engineers and a technology team lead from 2018. Led modern workplace from March 2022; Technology Lead, Cloud & Platforms since May 2026. Graduate of the Technological School of Electronic Systems.
Technology Lead, Networking
A network engineer with the group since June 2008: system engineer at Telelink, building and supporting networks for enterprises and service providers; senior technology expert in the group since March 2021; Technology Lead, Networking. Bachelor's in Telecommunications Engineering (Technical University of Sofia).
Technology Lead, Computer Vision
A solutions architect with the group since November 2017: compute, storage, virtualisation, and security and video surveillance solutions; senior technology expert from January 2019. Before: Milestone Systems (solutions engineer, partner presales manager EMEA), eFellows and Mobiltel. MSc in Telecommunications (Delft University of Technology).
Technology Lead, Advanced OT
At Telelink from 2011 to 2015 as system architect and service delivery manager in system integration. Operations Lead
An engineer with the group since June 2015: technology specialist, then enterprise networking and service provider solutions; service operations manager from July 2020, leading operations management since May 2025. Studied computer systems networking and telecommunications at TUES; ITIL 4 Strategic Leader certified.
Chief of Staff
People & Culture Lead
With the group since 2005: project manager at Telelink, then head of project management, service delivery manager and head of operational services and processes. Led administration from December 2017 and the service management office from 2020; Chief of Staff since April 2023, now also People & Culture Lead. Master's in Industrial Management (Technical University of Sofia).
Marketing Lead
Joined the group in October 2021 to lead marketing and communications. Before that she was head of marketing at Advent Group, managing director of Publicis Sofia, head of client service and strategy planning at Ogilvy & Mather, and account director at Saatchi & Saatchi. Postgraduate degree in Information Management (NOVA IMS).
Lead, Internal Technology & Systems
With the group since 2005: senior system engineer at Telelink, service delivery manager from 2010, then support engineers team lead and IT services operations manager. ServiceNow team lead from 2019, in charge of the group's internal IT since May 2024. Earlier at Orbitel and Paraflow Communications. ITIL 4 certified.
Manager, Enlayer Academy
An engineer with the group since 2004: system engineer at Telelink, head of implementation and support from 2012, head of field and system engineers from 2016, technical operations manager from 2020. He has led the group's academy since August 2021. Master's in Telecommunications Engineering (Technical University of Sofia).
Deputy Manager, Enlayer Academy
Joined Telelink in July 2017 as technical training manager. Distinguished technical expert from 2019, led enterprise connectivity from August 2021 and the I&C department from July 2023, with the academy since June 2026. Earlier at Unify, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and DXC Technology. CCIE. Master of Engineering (Technical University of Sofia).
